I forgot / lost my password
You can click on the link below the login “forgot password”. Your user information will be emailed to the address you registered with.
You can change your password and other profile information once you log in by following the link from your Achievements.
Please note that in order to protect your privacy, the Support Team cannot access your password or send it to you.
How do I subscribe / unsubscribe from support emails?
You may subscribe or unsubscribe from support emails by logging in to your Glove Compartment and following the link to “Change My Personal Profile.” There you may activate or deactivate any service, as well as change your email address.
